Please be advised:
- If you choose to save a form to your disk or desktop, it is then the user's responsibility to check for the most current version of the form as older versions of the form may not be accepted.
- The forms and documents are in the Adobe Portable Document File (PDF) format unless indicated otherwise.
- The free Adobe Reader allows you to view, input data (if applicable), and print PDF forms, but you will not be able to save your data. If you need to save your data you must use the Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional software.
- With the Excel Viewer 2003, you can open, view, and print Excel workbooks, even if you don't have Excel installed. However, you cannot edit data, save a workbook, or create a new workbook.
